25 Diet Freezer Cooking Recipes

 

How many days does it take to establish a new habit? 21? 30? More?

Well, we are now 26 days into 2014. So you’ve either passed the mark, or you’re almost there when it comes to establishing new, healthy eating patterns. But, of course, either way we all need to keep going. Nothing inspires me like a list of fun, freezable recipes that I can pick and choose from because they ALL fit my eating plan. So here are 25 recipes – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even meals and snacks on the go – to keep you moving forward in your journey to good health.  Remember, with Swappable menus now, you can create your own menu out of these or just swap them into the menu you are doing this month!  Bring on February!

    I’m a ‘premium’ member. How do I create a menu based on some of these recipes? I went to menu builder and this group of recipes wasn’t one of the available ones to choose. Thanks for your help! These look great!

      Hi Deborah, you will need to pick a menu to start with- any menu that has a Swappable image next to it. You can then swap out those recipes for any of the recipes on this post. We have made sure all 25 of these recipes are in Menu Builder and ready to swap in.     Me again! Is there a way to easily tell which of these meals are ‘throw and go’?

      Hi Deborah! Not yet, but we will go through and add an “**” to each like we do on the menus. Check back tomorrow and they should be there.
