Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and diced
  • 2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cups shredded colby jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons chili powder
  • 12 slices colby jack cheese
  • 12 slider buns


In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, worcestershire sauce, colby jack cheese, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and chili powder. Be carefully not to over work the mixture. Divide into equal sized small slider patties. Grill medium heat 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from grill and top with cheese. Let stand until it melts. Serve on buns.

Freezing Directions:

Prepare patties per above directions, but do not grill. Flash freeze. Divide into gallon freezer bags, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Grill on medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from grill and top with cheese. Let stand until it melts. Serve on buns.

    I just made these and have them in the freezer for later this week. The smell amazing! I used the large scoop from Pampered Chef and a small (2.5″) biscuit cutter to get uniform patties. Doubled the recipe and we got 44-1.8 oz patties. That’s 5 lunches for me and my boys! I’m so very excited. Thank you for all your amazing work.

    do you add the cheese in with the meat mixture? or save it for the top of the burgers?
