Berries, Nuts, and Coconut Shreds
Every once in a while on this Paleo journey it’s nice to have a bowl of cereal. Of course, we don’t usually go for traditional cereal. But a mixture of nuts, fruit and a little bit of coconut flakes will often do the trick! The great thing about this recipe is that you don’t really have to measure. Just mix your favorite fruit and complimentary fat together and you’ll have a delicious, filling breakfast or snack.
Berries, Nuts, & Coconut Shreds

- 4 cups blueberries
- 4 cups strawberries, sliced
- 4 Tablespoons almonds, sliced
- 4 Tablespoons cashews
- 4 Tablespoons coconut flakes
- coconut milk (optional)
In a medium bowl, mix together blueberries, sliced strawberries, almonds, cashews, and coconut flakes. Divide into four bowls and serve with coconut milk if desired.
