Chicken Alfredo Calzone

Separate pizza dough into 8 portions, rolling each out into a circle. Divide bacon, chicken, basil, mozzarella cheese, and spinach evenly over 1/2 of each crust. Pour alfredo sauce over the top of layered ingredients. Fold opposite half of the crust over the top of the filling. Press along the seams to seal the edges.  Brush melted butter over the top of each calzone. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Place calzones on baking sheets. Cook at 450F for 15 minutes, or until tops are golden brown. 

Freezing Directions:

Prepare calzones per above directions. Allow to cool completely. Divide between gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Reheat in microwave until warm, about 1 minute.

    Is that 5 1/4 cups of chicken?

    Is that the whole batch of dough (which is enough for 3 or more pizzas) or just part of the dough (as in just enough for 1 pizza)?
