Gluten Free Dairy Free BBQ Meatloaf

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 pounds ground pork
  • 1 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 0.25 cups almond flour
  • 2 Tablespoons dried minced onions
  • 0.25 cups carrots, shredded
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten (or egg substitute)
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons gluten free bbq sauce #1
  • 0.5 cups gluten free bbq sauce #2


In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, garlic, almond flour, minced onions, shredded carrot, egg, salt, pepper, and bbq sauce #1. Press down into loaf pan. Top with bbq sauce #2. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. 

Freezing Directions:

After pressing mixture into a loaf pans per above directions, place bbq sauce #2 in pint freezer bags . Cover loaf pan tightly with foil, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Pour bbq sauce over top of meatloaf.  Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.

    what is 0.25 mean in regular measurements ?
    0.5 ? means

    What size of loaf pan? Is there more than one (freezer instructions) or is it a divided recipe? Does it cook to a certain temp or just until it’s browned? Thanks!

      Kate- just a regular sized loaf pan will work. This is for one recipe – so using 1 loaf pan. Bake 350F for 45 minutes.
