Gluten Free Dairy Free Hawaiian Sliders

- 1.5 pounds ground pork
- 0.25 cups green onions, diced
- 1 teaspoons ginger, freshly grated
- 0.5 teaspoons sea salt
- 0.5 teaspoons pepper
- 1 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce, ensure Gluten Free
- 8 each pineapple slices
In a large bowl, combine pork, green onions, ginger, sea salt, pepper, cilantro and soy sauce. Form into equal sized patties. Grill sliders over medium high heat 5 minutes each side. Grill pineapple rings 2 minutes each side. Top burger with pineapple ring and serve.
Mix and form patties per above directions but do not cook. Divide patties into gallon freezer storage bags, separating each patty with a square of waxed paper, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Grill sliders over medium high heat, 5 minutes each side. Grill pineapple rings 2 minutes each side. Top burger with pineapple ring and serve.
