Test Cooks

Each month we have some wonderful volunteers who “test” out the menu prior to publication. They do an amazing job of helping to eliminate confusion and mistakes.   1. OK, so how does this work? Do you make certain recipes in quantities big enough to eat them multiple times? How long does the cooking usually take when you pull them out of the freezer? Do you have to defrost them? Oven or microwave? I’m not sure I understand how this works…
