Gluten Free Dairy Free Southwest Chicken Burgers

Ground chicken formed into patties packed with green chiles brings a deliciously satisfying flavor to the table!  These have a slight kick but noting too major.  You can eat these on a gluten free bun or wrap in a lettuce leaf.  If you aren’t dairy free, you could add pepper jack cheese for a real kick!

Gluten Free Dairy Free Southwest Chicken Burgers

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 Tablespoons diced green chiles
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder (ensure GF)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


Combine all ingredients together.  Form into equal patties.  Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side, over indirect medium heat, until done.  

Freezing Directions:

Follow above directions.  Let cool.  Place in a gallon size freezer bag, using parchment paper to separate patties.  Remove as much air as possible, label & seal.  TO SERVE:  Thaw.  Microwave for a few minutes, until heated through.
