Grilled Turkey Sandwiches
A friend, and fellow Once A Month Mom, has served these up quite a few times at our House Church gatherings. They are so simple but very yummy. And that is saying a lot because I don’t usually like condiments on my sandwiches.
They are a great summer time lunch item and can be frozen for those eating on the run days (or for packing in lunches). They will likely best be reheated in the oven to maintain crispness but can also be reheated in the microwave when you are in a hurry.

- 1 pound Turkey Breast, thinly sliced or chipped
- 4 slices Provolone cheese
- .5 cups mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash seasoning
- 8 slices Sandwich Bread
In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise and Mrs. Dash. Spread on one side of 4 pieces of sandwich bread. Build the sandwich with turkey and cheese. Grill the sandwich in a skillet or on a griddle or indoor panini maker. (They are best in the sandwich makers!) Enjoy!
