Hellmann’s Tuscan Glazed Chicken

- 1/3 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Light Real Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. diced red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Mix together all ingredients except chicken. Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness. To serve immediately, preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet and spread mayonnaise mixture over each chicken breast. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
To freeze, arrange chicken in 8×8 inch baking dishes. Top with mayonnaise mixture and freeze. To serve, thaw. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
