Lands’ End Shines Bright at Blissdom

It’s been two weeks since Kelly, Katie, and I met up for Blissdom!  I can’t believe how fast the weekend went by.  Every minute of the day was filled with amazing speakers, sponsors, and meeting other bloggers.  We got to spend some quality time with Stephanie over at Mama and Baby Love as well as hear Jon Acuff speak (absolutely LOVING his soon to be released book).

And last but not least, there was Lands’ End!  Every day we got to have our own little fashion show along with Mama and Baby Love.  We had so much fun counting up the votes from our readers about which outfits were your favorites.  Here are our favorite moments from the conference, and keep reading below to see who won the contest!

I was just floored when I saw some of the latest options when perusing the Lands’ End site. Young, hip and not frumpy! My favorite outfit was my white denim skinny jeans, a blue popover tunic,  and my FAVORITE calf hair leopard print pumps. I got so many compliments on the shoes from the airport to the conference and my favorite response was, “Yes, really, Lands’ End!” The pants were comfortable and didn’t give too much stretch as the day went on. The top was fluid and casual but could easily be dressed up for a nice night out. It was also very lightweight, so I know it will be a staple in my weekly wardrobe as the temperatures rise this summer.

When Tricia told us we had this opportunity with Lands’ End, I wasn’t sure what to expect.  In my day job, I am required to wear suits every day, so Lands’ End is not my normal shopping site.  Or, should I say, it hasn’t been until now.  I was amazed at how the layer options can go from day to night and from office to home so easily.  My favorite piece all weekend had to be the Cobalt Blue Beaded Cluster Necklace.  It has an adjustable length which makes it incredibly versatile.  What I loved most about it though was it’s uniqueness. In a conference full of bubble necklaces, it was in a class all it’s own.

If you have been around any length of time you will KNOW that I am a Lands’ End fanatic. I am not a huge fan of dressing up and looking professional, but I feel like Lands’ End helps me do that without feeling uncomfortable and stuffy. One of my favorite outfits from our Blissdom trip was this cotton vneck dress with the polka dot cardigan and wedges. So cute! And so comfortable I might add! I was going to wear this just for an evening out and decided to spend the day in it because I loved it so much. There is just something magical about polka dot wedges, isn’t there?

And I can’t just mention one outfit now can I? NO! There is so much to love. I can’t go away without mentioning the Starfish pants! Do any of you own some of these? A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I have a pair of the regular length ones so I wanted to try a pair of cropped ones this time. LOVE! These will likely be my go-to pants this spring and summer. So comfortable (think yoga pants) but oh so stylish. You totally need a pair!

Thank you again to Lands’ End for making us the stylish group at the conference! For work-at-home mom’s that rarely get out to adult events it was the morale boost we needed!
