Light Cream Cheese Chicken

You can make this dish to suit any dietary fancy: whole foods, traditional, and now diet. This is classic comfort food made easily in the slow cooker, but it will easily help you stick to your calorie/points count over this holiday season.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Place chicken, soup, cream cheese, and dressing mix in slow cooker. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-9 hours, until chicken is cooked through.

Freezing Directions:

In a bowl, mix together soup, cream cheese and dressing mix. Place chicken in freezer bags. Pour sauce over chicken, seal, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw in fridge. Place contents of bag into slow cooker. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 8-9 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
