Once A Month Mom Vegetarian Meals

So far I have done a piece on slow cooker meals and no cook meals. Now it is time for vegetarian meals. Now, I must clarify that I am defining vegetarian by no meat. Most of the recipes listed below still have milk, cheese and/or eggs. Be warned.

This is a resource guide of sorts for those of you searching for some vegetarian meals. You can make the single recipe by clicking through the recipe link or if you are looking for the recipe card for making bulk batches and freezing, simply click on the month’s menu link and proceed to the “printable X menu” (X=month) where you can print that recipe card.
