One Skillet Paleo Dinner

Ingredients:

Directions:

In a large skillet, brown beef, celery and onions together.  Add marinara sauce, carrots and zucchini. Simmer 10 minutes until carrots are tender.

Freezing Directions:

Cook as directed above. Allow mixture to cool, then place in freezer bags, label, and lay flat to freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw and reheat over stovetop.

Servings: 4

    I make a version of this and it’s delicious! I add in mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, and baby spinach! Must eat all the veggies ;)

    Any suggestions on what to serve with this? I was thinking steamed cabbage but am looking for other options. Thanks!

      Shanna – This is a hearty skillet meal, but I do like your idea of cabbage. I would probably serve with a lettuce/greens salad or a fruit salad.
