Document Update

As you can see we have a NEW way of getting and printing your monthly menu documents. As part of that change, we have also changed the type/size of labels we use. The above labels will print four to a page and line up with Avery 8168/5168 labels or equivalent.

Test Cooks

Each month we have some wonderful volunteers who “test” out the menu prior to publication. They do an amazing job of helping to eliminate confusion and mistakes. They may not catch everything but they sure do catch A LOT! If you are interested in test cook, feel free to volunteer.

Get Started

    Some substitutions to save $ on this menu are

    Sub lemon juice for the lemons and lime juice for the limes (they are juiced and cooked anyway)

    Regular raisins are fine for the golden raisins

    Also, Green bell pepper can be subbed for the red and yellow. Not as pretty, but half the price.

    Hi! How do the add on recipes work? Should I make them on my prep day? Which meal do the beef sausages accompany? This is my first cooking day and I’m excited!

    Is there a glitch on the Curry recipe? I used the swappable menu and that recipe is showing 10 cups of chicken, 16 cups of broccoli. Just seems like a lot even for 8 servings.

      Michelle – when you are creating a menu in swappable, it generates the amount for making it 2 times. Hope this helps!
