Paleo Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 0.75 cups ground beef, browned
  • 0.925 cups sausage, browned
  • 1.25 cups onion, diced
  • 4 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoons thyme
  • 1.5 teaspoons basil
  • 4 cups spaghetti squash, roasted and insides scraped out
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 2 medium eggs, lightly beaten

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine beef, sausage, onion, garlic, sea salt, oregano, thyme, basil, spaghetti squash, spaghetti sauce and eggs. Divide mixture evenly into 8×8 foil baking pans. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes.

Freezing Directions:

In a large bowl, combine beef, sausage, onion, garlic, sea salt, oregano, thyme, basil, spaghetti squash, spaghetti sauce and eggs. Divide mixture evenly into 8×8 foil baking pans. Cover tightly with foil, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Bake at 400F for 30 minutes.
