In a small bowl, combine peach bbq sauce and peaches. Place chicken thighs in a gallon freezer bag and add bbq sauce mixture, ensure all chicken is coated. Place in refrigerator to marinate for a least 30 minutes. Grill chicken thighs over medium heat, flipping half way through grilling.

Freezing Directions:

In a small bowl, combine peach bbq sauce and peaches. Divide chicken thighs between gallon freezer bags. Evenly divide bbq sauce mixture over chicken in freezer bags, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Grill chicken thighs over medium heat, flipping half way through grilling.

    Regarding the freezing/thawing instructions: You cook the chicken all the way through, freeze it and then grill the chicken again, after thawing to heat for serving? Is that correct? Thanks :o)

      Chris-
      If you are preparing this to eat the same day you would grill it. If you are prepping it for the freezer – these are the Freezing Directions:
