Pepperoni Pizza Twists

Just about everyone loves pepperoni pizza. This recipe is the perfect “twist” on a crowd-pleasing favorite. Lunch, snack, or party appetizer – this recipe covers all the bases. Best of all, they come together in under 15 minutes!

Pepperoni Pizza Twists

Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces refrigerated bread stick dough
  • 2 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • non-stick cooking spray

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Take breadstick dough and separate out. Place 3-4 pepperoni slices on half of each breadstick. Fold other half of breadstick over the pepperoni slices. Then, twist breadstick dough 3-4 times. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place breadsticks on it. Repeat until all breadsticks are assembled. In a small bowl, mix together italian seasoning, cheese, and garlic salt. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over the breadsticks. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Freezing Directions:

Cook as instructed above. Flash freeze. Place into indicated number of freezer bags, label, and freeze. To serve: reheat in microwave for 30 seconds.

Servings: 8 twists
