  • 1 cups almond milk, plain, unsweetened
  • 0.5 cups pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 0.5 cups baby spinach
  • 0.25 cups kale, chopped roughly
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 0.25 cups water


Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Freezing Directions:

Prepare per above directions. Pour into quart freezer bag, label and freeze flat. TO SERVE: Thaw on countertop until smoothie is desired consistency and serve cold.
