Skinny Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 5 ounces light tuna, packed in water, drained
  • 1.5 Tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1.5 Tablespoons dill pickle, diced
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons pepper
  • 0.5 Tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 sandwich thins

Directions:

In a bowl combine drained tuna, mayonnaise, dill pickle, dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Spread tuna evenly over the bottom of each sandwich thin. Top each with remaining top buns.

Freezing Directions:

Prepare as directed above. Individually wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap, then place in gallon freezer bags, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Eat cold or reheat in microwave for a warm sandwich.
