I really don’t have that much to say about tomatillos as I have NEVER used them! This is my first experience with them all together. It is our writer Kelly that has the most experience.

So I am going to keep the dialogue short here and just get to the measurements. After all, it is a beautiful weekend you need to get out and enjoy it!

    Hi, I made chicken enchiladas and froze them. They didn’t come out as I would have hoped. The tortillas seem to have gotten mushy and the tomatillo sauce tasted sour. What do you think I did wrong?

      The tortillas will get a little soggy but that’s with any enchilada recipe in my opinion. As for the sauce I’m not sure I understand. It’s not a sweet sauce but it shouldnt be that bitter. Maybe needed more cilantro?
