Slow Cooker White Wine and Garlic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 0.125 teaspoons salt
  • 0.125 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.75 cups white wine
  • 0.75 cups chicken broth
  • 0.25 cups lemon juice
  • 5 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 cups red onion, sliced
  • 1 cups red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cups yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 12 ounces spaghetti noodles

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place chicken in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients except noodles. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Cook noodles according to package directions. Serve chicken and vegetables on top of pasta.

Freezing Directions:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side. Divide chicken into gallon freezer bags. Divide remaining ingredients except noodles into chicken bags. Label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Cook in slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours. Cook noodles according to package directions. Serve chicken and vegetables on top of pasta.
