  • 0.5 cups carrots, shredded
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces hummus
  • 0.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.67 cups black olives, drained and diced
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 0.25 cups green onion, sliced
  • 2 large tortillas


In a bowl, combine carrots, cream cheese, hummus, cheddar cheese, black olives, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onions. Evenly spread over tortillas. Tightly roll each tortilla up, cut in half at an angle to serve.

Freezing Directions:

Prepare wraps per above directions, but do not cut in half. After tightly rolling each tortilla up, wrap in plastic wrap. Divide into gallon freezer bags, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Cut in half at an angle and serve cold.

    How long can they stay in the freezer? Sounds delicious , easy to make, and something great to have on hand.
