So far I have done a piece on slow cooker meals and no cook meals. Now it is time for vegetarian meals. Now, I must clarify that I am defining vegetarian by no meat. Most of the recipes listed below still have milk, cheese and/or eggs. Be warned. This is a resource guide of sorts for those of you searching for some vegetarian meals.
