  1. Interested in using the instant pot more, but also on a food plan that eliminates sugar, grains and dairy (except for feta cheese). I try to eat lots of greens and veggies, grass fed meat and healthy chicken. Also have increased good fats, like: ghee, coconut oil, olive oil and avocados.
    Do you have a plan like that?
