Oh, I looooove almond goodies, and these look wonderful. If you don’t mind, I have a couple of questions. How long should they bake? Also, I’m new to freezing things like this – do I just thaw them on the counter? Do I need to give them a short re-baking? If I thaw them on the counter, about how long can I expect them to take to thaw?Sorry if these are dumb questions, I kind of wandered my way over here, and I didn’t even know site existed until about ten minutes ago! Thank you!
They should bake 35 to 40 minutes – looking back at my recipe, I realized I forgot the last couple of steps – sorry!Yes, you can just thaw them on the counter and no need to bake any further. They thaw pretty quickly, within about 2 hours. And if you’re impatient, you can even eat them frozen (not that I’ve tried that… ;)I’m glad you stumbled over here and I hope you enjoy the great recipes we have here!
