  1. I just made these and have them in the freezer for later this week. The smell amazing! I used the large scoop from Pampered Chef and a small (2.5″) biscuit cutter to get uniform patties. Doubled the recipe and we got 44-1.8 oz patties. That’s 5 lunches for me and my boys! I’m so very excited. Thank you for all your amazing work.
