Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger, Ground
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 ½ cups cook Ground Turkey
  • 16 ounces Coleslaw (Shredded Cabbage)
  • 1 cup dice Onion
  • 1 cup dice Mushrooms
  • ¼ cups chop Cilantro, Fresh
  • 20 individual Eggroll Wrapper

Directions

Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt and sugar to cooked meat and mix well. Combine with chopped vegetables. Place two tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Roll according to package instructions. Place rolled egg rolls on greased baking sheet and bake at 400F about 10 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 10 minutes or until hot and crispy.

Freezing Directions

Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt and sugar to cooked meat and mix well. Combine with chopped vegetables. Place two tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Roll according to package instructions. Place rolled egg rolls on greased baking sheet and bake at 400F about 10 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 10 minutes or until hot and crispy. Let cool. Divide among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label and freeze.

Serving Day Directions

Reheat in microwave for 1-2 minutes, until warmed through.
