These Baked Egg Rolls give a healthy twist to the classic egg roll. A crispy wrapper is filled with flavorful ground turkey, mushrooms, and cabbage for a deliciously simple lunch.

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt and sugar to cooked meat and mix well.
  2. Combine with chopped vegetables and cilantro.
  3. Place two tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Roll according to package instructions.
  5. Place rolled egg rolls on greased baking sheet and bake at 400F about 10 minutes.
  6. Turn and bake an additional 10 minutes or until hot and crispy.
