  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Meanwhile, layer one half of each tortilla with 2 Tablespoons steak, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, 2 Tablespoons black beans, 2 Tablespoons cooked rice, and 1 Tablespoon salsa.
  3. Fold in half and carefully place in hot oil. Cook 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip with a spatula and cook another 2-3 minutes or until browned and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove to a plate or wire rack to cool.
  6. Repeat until all quesadillas have been cooked.
  7. When quesadillas are cooked and cooled, wrap individually in plastic wrap and divide among gallon freezer bags. Divide guacamole among pint freezer bags and place inside the larger bag.
  8. Label and lay flat to freeze.

  1. I love this idea, but have you happened to have copycat’ed the regular Fire Grilled Steak recipe too? I love their pesto-like sauce flavor but my own attempts haven’t quite hit the mark.

    1. Thanks for the suggestion! We will pass that along to our recipe builder team to see what they can come up with.
