  1. I am on your main (index) page seeing all these great recipes. Are they part of one of the meal plans? I wish we could mix and match meal plan items because I’d like to make about 3 of these! The mango one sounds great, this one, and the Paleo meatballs! But they are from 3 different plans, right?

    1. Hi Antoinette! As a member you have access to all the recipe cards, even though these are on different meal plans. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have the ability to mix and match to create your own menu but we are working hard to offer this option in the near future. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.

      1. hallo mindy, I am a quite new once a month member, but if you realy could find a way for us to create our own menus with our personal favorites, that would bee so great

        1. Welcome Sandra! You can create your own menu and we are also working on adding a feature that would allow you to easily make your own menu without having to do everything manually. So hang in there with us! We are working on getting it very soon!

  2. When you call for hot sauce do you mean salsa or like a cholula or Tabasco type sauce. Here in Texas the term hot sauce can be interpreted in several ways. 🙂

  3. Hi Mindy, I just found your site, love it! This sounds delicious. For these types of dishes I like to flash freeze portion sizes, such as 1 cup or 1/2 cup, using a measuring cup or disher. Then put in a freezer bag and remove as needed. This works well for one or two people. Thanks for all your recipes and ideas!
