    1. Hi Lindsey, yes you can cook it first. When you reheat it, I would add some water or broth to the meat so it doesn’t dry out.

  1. Do all three pounds of meat go into one freezer bag or is this intended for larger meals? It’s just my husband & I so I’m not sure how to divide this up.

    1. If you are just serving you and your husband, you could split it between two or three freezer bags. The original recipe serves 6 people so you would have a lot of leftovers if not. Enjoy!
