  • ½ cups peel, pit, and mash Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon juice Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon juice Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt, Plain
  • 2 tablespoons chop Cilantro, Fresh
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅛ teaspoons Black Pepper

  1. I watched an instructional video about saving the ingredient list to Ziplist, but I never even see “save” anywhere. Can you direct me?

  4. Try using 2 tablespoons of full fat coconut milk in place of the yogurt for Whole 30! It adds that extra creaminess and a dose of coconutty goodness 🙂

    1. Thank you!! My picky 14y/o who is newly diagnosed with some food allergies would actually eat this but the entire time I was trying to figure out how to get around the yogurt.
