  • 1 tablespoon Cumin
  • ½ tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 2 ½ cups dice Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • ¼ cups chop Cilantro, Fresh
  • ¼ cups juice Lime

  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add chicken, cilantro and lime juice. Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Divide between indicated number of quart freezer bags, label and freeze.
