  • 1 ½ cups Beer
  • 3 individual Egg
  • 2 ½ tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 cup cook and dice Bacon

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, beer, eggs and maple syrup.
  2. Gently fold in bacon.
  3. Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, drop batter onto preheated skillet.
  4. Flip when center starts to bubble and cook on other side.
  5. Flash freeze.
  6. Once frozen, place into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
