Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Sunflower Seed Butter
  • ½ cups Sucanat
  • 1 ½ cups peel and mash Banana
  • ⅓ cups melt Coconut Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 ½ cups Rolled Oats, Gluten Free
  • ½ cups Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
  • 1 cup Cranberries, Dried
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chips, Dairy Free

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk sunflower seed butter, sucanat, mashed banana, melted coconut oil, vanilla and salt until well mixed.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients until combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into one greased 8x8 pan per 8 servings.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.
  5. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
