- 1 ½ cups peel and mash Banana
- ⅓ cups melt Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

- ½ cups Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas)
- 1 cup Cranberries, Dried

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk sunflower seed butter, sucanat, mashed banana, melted coconut oil, vanilla and salt until well mixed.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into one greased 8x8 pan per 8 servings.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.
