Join the discussionI <3 this breakfast! I love changing up the veggies and I add a crumble of cooked bacon before the last 30-45 seconds. It's an excellent way to have a quick, fresh breakfast with a bunch of tasty and healthy veggies. I even make it without cheese and still enjoy it if I add salt and pepper.
It sounds like you’ve done a wonderful job of making this your own! Thank you for sharing with us!! 🙂
Very nutritious very tasty luv it
Why dairy free cheese? Can you use regular cheese?
This is a gluten-free and dairy-free recipe. You can absolutely make it with regular cheese if you are not sensitive to dairy! Enjoy!
