  1. This looks delicious. I am so thrilled to find any recipes that my kiddos can have– multiple multiple allergies. Will probably have to omit the parsley, but everything else works.
    Now, I just hope the picky kids will like it– I’m quite sure the adults will(-:

  2. How did you get your pesto to look so fresh and green after cooking your chicken? Mine came out brown and I made it fresh 3 minutes before I put it in the crockpot?

    1. You might try to reserve a little and spread on top just before serving. This might help with the “brown” color. I hope you enjoyed it!
