Grandma’s Rhubarb Dessert: Saving Second Base

Ingredients

  • 4 cups dice Rhubarb
  • 1 ⅓ cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ cups melt Butter
  • 2 individual beat Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 2 8x8 Baking Pans

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Mix rhubarb and powdered sugar and place in greased pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder and vanilla.
  3. Pour over rhubarb in pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
