  • 2 cups Instant Rice, Brown
  • ½ cups Peas, Frozen
  • 1 ¾ cups slice Chicken Sausage, Pre-Cooked
  • 1 ½ pounds Chicken, Boneless Breasts
  • 1 ¼ cups dice Onion
  • 5 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • ½ cups dice Carrot
  • 1 ½ cups dice Bell Pepper, Red
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 3 ½ cups Chicken Broth/Stock, Reduced Fat

  3. Place all the rest of the ingredients, except peas and rice into half of the indicated number of gallon freezer bags.
  4. Place all bags inside other half of indicated number of gallon freezer bags to freeze them together and affix label.

  1. Add contents of rice bag and gallon bag to slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8-9.
