  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 2 tablespoons chop Parsley, Fresh
  • 1 individual Egg White
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and form into equal size turkey burger patties.
  2. Place each burger between two pieces of wax paper.
  3. Divide into indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.

These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.

  1. Thaw: In fridge
  2. Heat pan on medium until hot and then coat pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Reduce heat slightly and cook burger until no longer pink on the inside.

  1. I see it calls for regular soy sauce not reduced sodium soy sauce. I cut the soy sauce with pineapple juice to bring the sodium count down do you think this would make it to wet?

    1. Sounds delicious Ivy! If you’re worried the patties would get too wet, you could add a little more egg or even some flour/bread crumbs to help bind the patties.

      1. Thank you that does sound like it might help, I got the idea to cut the soy sauce from another site for a marinade I use.
