These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Line pie plate with pie crust. Prick with fork.
  2. Bake at 425F for 10-12 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream and sour cream.
  4. Stir in crushed cereal.
  5. In the bottom of the pie pan, spread sausage, green peppers, sun dried tomatoes and onion.
  6. Sprinkle on feta and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Pour egg mixture on top of everything.
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until set.
