  2. Place ribs and jalapenos in Instant Pot. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour on top of ribs.
  3. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
  5. Let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes then release any remaining pressure.
  6. Transfer ribs and sauce to pan to broil for a few minutes.

  1. I picked up the wrong kind of ribs so I reduced the time to 15 minutes based on a recipe using the meat I picked up (pork loin boneless country style ribs). I think I might should have browned them first as well. We’ll see how it goes!
