Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Using a kitchen mallet, pound chicken breasts until thin.
  2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and chili powder.
  3. Roll chicken and wrap in bacon. Secure with wooden toothpicks and cut each bundle in half.
  4. Wrap poppers in plastic wrap and place in indicated number of round freezer containers. Label and freeze.
