  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 fluid ounce White Wine
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • ½ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 ½ pounds Beef Round Steak
  • 1 cup dice Broccoli
  • 1 ½ cups cook Brown Rice, Short-Grain

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together broth, cornstarch, white wine, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Place the sauce and beef into the Instant Pot.
  4. Lock the lid in place and seal the steam nozzle.
  5. Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes.
  6. Quick release the pressure.
  7. Stir in the broccoli. Replace the lid and reseal the steam nozzle.
  8. Cook on high pressure for 1 minute.
  9. Quick release the pressure.
  10. Change setting to saute to let thicken a few minutes.
  11. Serve beef and broccoli over warmed brown rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.
