- In bowl, combine marinara, buffalo wing sauce and water. Pour half of mixture into Instant Pot.
- In another bowl, combine chicken, egg substitute, and cottage cheese until combined.
- Stuff uncooked shells with chicken mixture. Place in sauce covered Instant Pot.
- Cover shells with remaining sauce.
- Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
- Quick release pressure.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and let melt.
