  3. In another bowl, combine chicken, egg substitute, and cottage cheese until combined.
  4. Stuff uncooked shells with chicken mixture. Place in sauce covered Instant Pot.
  5. Cover shells with remaining sauce.
  6. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  7. Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
  8. Quick release pressure.
  9. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and let melt.
