Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
  2. Add the trivet and minimum amount of water needed for your Instant Pot (1- 1.5 cups).
  3. Mix together eggs and egg whites.
  4. Stir in red bell peppers, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
  5. Spray each muffin liner with non-stick cooking spray and place pieces of bread in the bottom.
  6. Pour in egg mixture and place on trivet.
  7. Lock lid into place and seal steam nozzle.
  8. Set on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  9. Quick release pressure. Sprinkle cheese on top of cups and replace lid for a few minutes to let melt.
