Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. **Due to the nature of pressure cooking there is always room for inconsistency. The times given here are based on 4 servings fresh. If you are using more servings you may need to increase your cooking time.**
  2. Microwave ghee in a bowl.
  3. Add hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt. Combine thoroughly.
  4. Place chicken wings in a large bowl, pouring 3/4 of sauce over top and stirring to coat.
  5. Add the trivet and water to the Instant Pot.
  6. Place the wings in the Instant Pot.
  7. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  8. Quick release the pressure.
  9. Remove the wings and place wings on a foil lined baking sheet (or wire rack for crispy wings), skin side down.
  10. Broil wings in the oven for 4-5 minutes on each side to crisp up the skin. Baste with the remaining sauce once turned.
  11. Serve with additional hot wing sauce.
