Make It Now Cooking Directions

- Add water and trivet to the inner pot.
- Place pork loin on trivet.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, rosemary, pepper and sea salt.
- Pour olive oil and herbs on top of roast.
- Lock cover into place and seal steam nozzle.
- Set on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Natural release for 5 minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Remove lid, add squash, apple and onion, replace and lock lid. Set pressure nozzle to sealing.
- Set on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Quick release.

Join the discussionShouldn’t this be put in 2 gallon ziplock bags? For two meals of 4 pieces of roast a piece?

Our system calculates 4 servings to a bag. I can’t see how many servings you have entered but if you have an odd number of servings then it might look different 6 servings may say 3 bags- something like 8 servings may say 4 bags, but still be able to fit in less bags. So yes, go ahead and put them in the 2 bags if you have are able.
