Join the discussionGarlic Powder is NOT low-FODMAP. Garlic is literally food enemy number 1 next to onion to avoid on low-FODMAP. I understand you can remove the garlic (which is what I will do), but this recipe should not be called low-FODMAP if it is not. It should be re-posted without garlic.
