  • ⅓ cups Flour, All-Purpose
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 3 individual Egg Yolk
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chips, Semisweet
  • 1 individual Pie Crust, 9-inch, Frozen

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Combine sugar, flour, and salt in deep glass mixing bowl.
  2. Add eggs and milk, then beat with whisk until smooth.
  3. Microwave at full power 8 minutes, stirring 3 times. (I set the microwave for 2-minute intervals.)
  4. Remove from microwave, and stir in vanilla and butter and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour into baked pie crust.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and freeze.
